When starting out with a plant-based diet, the question I hear the most is, “what do I eat?”. I get that because I have been there. I started very slowly though and have always advised my clients to add in more food before taking out food. I added in nut-based kinds of milk before I removed all dairy and didn’t remove meat until about a year after that. I knew that I could not quit things cold turkey and for me to be successful, I had to do it slowly.
