Let me start this off saying that I have very minimal apps on my phone and I don’t usually suggest adding another one EXCEPT right now. These are my favorite ones, aside from Facebook and Instagram (I can’t help it) and think these are worth mentioning to you.

Peloton App. I have really started to enjoy this app so much! I cancelled my gym membership, signed up for the free month trial of this one, and have continued on for the monthly fee. It costs me less than the gym membership did and the variety of classes they offer is amazing. Not only do they have cycling, but they also have yoga, meditation, strength classes, Bootcamp, and if running excites you, they have that too. SO much more. Since it is an app, I have access to it anywhere I go! If anything, try it for free for 30 days at this link.

The Plant Nanny App. If you have heard me talk about drinking more water or have taken my FREE 5 day drink more water course then you know how much I love this app. The idea is that you take care of a virtual plant and it will send you reminders when you haven’t kept up with your water. This app is what helped me get in the habit. Be careful, you can actually kill a virtual plant 🙂

Fooducate. This app lets you scan food at the grocery store and it will explain in very easy to understand details the nutritional value of that specific food item and will give you healthier alternatives if needed. Plus it has bonus recipes and extra tips to help you meet your goals.

Flo. Ok, ladies, this is just for you. I recently downloaded this as I was using something else to track my cycles. This one is SO MUCH better. Not only will it track your cycle but it will also record moods, activity, and alcohol or caffeine to see how it affects your cycle.

HabitMinder. If you like to set goals and check them off as you go, you might like this app. You decide on the healthy habits you want to complete (like drinking water, exercising, standing up more, or meditating), set a goal, and track your progress with a quick tap in the app. It is really helpful!!
