There is a restaurant in San Diego called Garden Kitchen that has an appetizer board called ‘The Kitchen Sink’. It is a beautiful board full of cheeses and meats BUT if you want a vegan option, they have you covered. AND their vegan board is simply amazing! If you are local to San Diego, go check it out.
That board is what inspired this crudite platter. What is a crudite platter? Check it out here.
I love the idea of entertaining with boards like these because it gives your guests or family something to satisfy every craving. Something sweet, salty, a little sour, comforting, pleasing, fulfilling. I am not sure what other descriptors I could add but this board fits every mood possible.
Grab a glass of sangria and dive in!
