Here is an easy-to-make and versatile to use dressing or sauce. I suggest this sauce on tacos or enchiladas however after I made it the first time I also used it as a salad dressing and dipped tortilla chips in there. With each bite I took, I kept saying how good this is. It is also very refreshing thanks to the lime!
This avocado lime dressing is made with simple ingredients
So simple in fact you probably have most of them on hand right now.
- Avocados
- Lime
- Apple cider vinegar
- Garlic
- Cumin
- Salt
- A bit of water
How to use this avocado lime dressing
I mentioned enchiladas and tacos above but really this stuff can go on anything your heart desires. It makes about 2 cups so the great thing is you can experiment with it in different ways to see how you like it. Here are some great recipes to start with:

To make this dressing all you need is a food processor or blender. Throw all the ingredients into the appliance of choice and blend until smooth. Be sure to store it in an airtight container in the fridge. It will last for a few days easily.

- Food processor or blender
Ingredients
- 2 large ripe avocados
- 1 juice of a lime equals about 2 Tbsp
- 2 tbsp water
- 2-3 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into your food processor and mix until blended well.
